We certainly want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We understand returns are occasionally necessary, so If you are not completely satisfied with your HNA purchase, please follow the guidelines below for a full refund: Item must be returned to us within 30 days from the date that you receive the item. Item must be returned in its original condition and with all original packaging.
All return Items require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please complete our RMA form from your order history, call our sales number 1-877-462-8720 (M-F 9 am - 5 pm EST), or email us at sales@hnausa.com.
Returns not meeting the above conditions will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price.
Software, books, manuals, clearance items, and videotapes are not returnable except for replacement of defectives. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original purchaser’s card. Check, cash, or money orders will be refunded by a check. Please allow two weeks for processing.
Defective Items:
Items that are defective require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Products purchased from us which are found to be defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period will be replaced or repaired, at our option, if the product is still a part of our current product line. Products that are no longer a part of our current product line will have to be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty replacement. All manufacturers’ warranty terms and restrictions apply. Please supply as much of the original packaging as possible.
Open Box Items:
All Open Box sales are final and carry no warranty, are not refundable, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping Instructions:
We will help you to return any item, but you will need to notify us of any returns and we will instruct you on how to ship.
RMA #’s must be clearly displayed on the front of the return shipping box.
